Prices For 1/2 Day & Full Day Guided Fishing Charters Only

Sooke, Victoria & Sidney (Available Year Round)

The "Guided Fishing Only" trips are for those persons who have already made their own plans for a visit to Vancouver Island and need only to make arrangements for a 1/2 day or a full day of fishing during their stay.

You can choose from single or multiple 1/2 day 6 hour early morning fishing charters which are the first trips each day and will normally begin at 5am to 8am (peak summer season) depending on tides and morning bite times. The 2nd fishing charter of the day is a 1/2 day 4 hour afternoon trip designed for those who want the extra sleep but who still want to catch fish on the afternoon incoming tides.

Unlike other operators we do not have pre-set starting times for 1/2 day trips. We plan every 1/2 day morning or afternoon trip around the fishing results from the previous day. By using current information from the previous days fishing we maximize the odds of repeating good results by being on the water and fishing at the best times.

For this reason we don't finalize exact starting times for 1/2 day trips until the evening before your booked dates. If our prior commitments allow, you may be able to extend 1/2 day charters beyond the minimum times. Extra time for the boat and guide is charged at $75.00 per hour.

Those of you who want to further increase your chances and dedicate an entire day to a west coast fishing adventure should choose a full day 10 hour trip. A day trip ensures you'll be on the water and into the action during every bite period, no matter when they occur.

If you are a serious angler who really enjoys time spent on the water fishing and you believe in the proven phrases, "You can only catch fish if you have a line in the water" or "stick and stay and make it pay", then a full day of fishing will be the trip for you!

Remember to book early to secure the dates that you have available for your west coast fishing adventure. During the off season (only) we have the option of moving the boat to different locations and following the fish from one area to another. We will suggest starting trips from either Sooke, Victoria or Sidney waters in an effort to give you the best possible results on your day of fishing.

I’M SINGLE AND NEED A PARTNER - If you are on your own and want a fishing buddy to share the cost of a trip please give us a call and we’ll add you to our list of willing fishing partners.  You should be somewhat flexible with time and dates to have the best chance of finding a fishing partner.  Call us right away because chances of finding a partner are best with lots of notice.

PLEASE NOTE - a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. (payment by Visa, MasterCard or cheque) Balance is due at the conclusion of fishing trips. (Visa, MasterCard or cash)

CANCELLATION POLICY - deposits will be credited in full to alternate (same season or next season) dates with a minimum of 30 days notice of cancellation. Credits can not be applied for dates lost without the 30 days cancellation notice. All deposits are non-refundable.
